Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Integration Engineer to onboard clients, configure and launch accounts, and lead onboarding questions and Zoom calls. You will partner with Solutions Architects and client success teams to ensure timely, effective integrations across platforms.

You will learn impact.com's technology, propose technical solutions, document processes, and troubleshoot onboarding issues while maintaining strong client relationships and a customer‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/Engineering/Science or related).
• 5+ years in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or tech company.
• Experience in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or similar.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage client onboarding and training.
• Lead technical discovery and propose solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and success teams to implement integrations.
• Document technical integration processes and troubleshoot issues.
