Job summary

The Original PC Doctor is hiring remote Mac support technicians to assist Apple users across Australia from home. You will diagnose and resolve macOS issues via phone and secure remote sessions, guiding customers clearly and calmly.

A typical day includes handling calls, running remote diagnostics, and ensuring customers are fully sorted, with escalation for hardware faults when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on macOS troubleshooting across Mac models.
• Excellent communication over phone and remote sessions.
• Patience and empathy for non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and remote support requests calmly and professionally.
• Run secure remote sessions to diagnose and fix macOS issues live.
• Resolve slow Macs, startup problems, and macOS update failures.
• Assist with iCloud, Apple ID, Time Machine, and backups.
• Log jobs accurately and follow up until resolved.
