My Mac in Melbourne is seeking a Service Technician to assist customers with expert in-store support and Mac & iOS repairs. You will handle face-to-face, phone and online inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide clear guidance on repairs, parts and services.

Ideal candidates have IT experience with Mac OSX/iOS, strong communication, attention to detail and a customer‑focussed approach; weekend roster availability is required. Full training will be provided.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal communication, with ability to relate to a variety of people.
• IT technical experience using Mac OSX and iOS including native programs and third party applications would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team project or team environment with shared goals.
• At least 1 year experience in Help Desk, Device repair or Customer Support, or Qualification in a related field.
