Job summary

Water Corporation is seeking a motivated IT support specialist to assist Works Management users, provisioning PDA devices for new starters and contractors, and managing user access and tickets. The role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with IT and Operations Analytics.

You will provide first-line support across field, desktop and mobile users, conduct trainings, and engage with stakeholders in IT and CIS forums. A hybrid work setup with WA-based duties is available.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent customer service standards, problem-solving and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous field or scheduling experience would be highly regarded.
• Proficiency in SAP PM, Maximo and Grange IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning of PDA devices for new starters and contractors.
• Support scheduling staff with Work Order Management.
• Provide 1:1 and group trainings to users on the Deliver Services process.
• Provide a first point of call for field, desktop and mobile user support.
• Manage PDA and accessory inventories, usernames and access across life cycle.
• Log and track IT tickets and escalate significant issues and opportunities to IT and Operations Analytics.
• Rectify Work order errors in a timely manner.
• Influence stakeholders via Toolbox, daily reviews and meetings.
• Participate in IT and CIS forums and related meetings.
• Conduct UAT testing.
