Southern Cross Care WA Inc. is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Administrator to provide frontline technical support across Western Australia.

This full-time role based at our Central Office in Rivervale offers the option to work from home two days per week while maintaining focus on the lifecycle management of ICT equipment and systems. Qualifications

• Formal IT qualifications (Degree or equivalent industry certifications).
• 3+ years providing Level 2 support in Microsoft and VMware stack and related.
• 3+ years’ experience maintaining and supporting Microsoft SQL, Exchange and Microsoft 365 suite of cloud services.
• 3+ years’ experience of installation, configuration and administration of Citrix XenApp environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across SCC sites in Western Australia, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage the lifecycle of ICT equipment and systems, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Administer and support a range of ICT systems, including servers, network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile and audio-visual equipment.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing consultative ICT support to enhance operational efficiency.
