Job summary

Water Corporation is seeking a motivated IT support professional to provide troubleshooting and user support for Works Management across mobile devices and desktops.You will assist with Work Order Management, provisioning for new starters, and 1:1 training for delivering services.

Applicants should have strong customer service, communication and IT systems experience, with a focus on enabling efficient field operations.

Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment
Excellent customer service standards and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with IT systems such as SAP PM, Maximo or similar

Responsibilities

Provide troubleshooting and user support for Works Management across mobile devices and desktops
Support scheduling staff with Work Order Management
Deliver 1:1 and group trainings on the Deliver Services process
Act as first point of call for field, desktop and mobile phone user support
Log and track IT tickets and escalate significant issues to IT and Operations Analytics
Conduct UAT testing
