Job summary

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Administrator to provide technical ICT support across our WA sites. The role oversees lifecycle management of ICT equipment and systems, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning, with a base at the Central Office in Rivervale and a two‑day-per-week work-from-home option.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' Level 2 support experience in the Microsoft and VMware stack, plus solid experience with SQL,

Qualifications

• Formal IT qualifications (degree or equivalent) required.
• 3+ years Level 2 support in Microsoft and VMware stack.
• 3 years’ experience maintaining and supporting Microsoft SQL, Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• 3 years’ experience installing, configuring and administering Citrix XenApp.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior management and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across SCC sites in Western Australia, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Manage lifecycle of ICT equipment and systems, including procurement, deployment, maintenance and decommissioning.
• Administer and support ICT systems including servers, network devices, workstations, printers, scanners, mobiles and AV equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide consultative ICT support and improve operational efficiency.
