Employment Hero is seeking a HR & IR Consultant to deliver practical HR and industrial relations advice to a diverse client base across Australia. The role is remote-first, flexible, and based anywhere in Australia.

You will be paid for every hour worked (25–30 hours per week) and work with a supportive, high-performing team. You’ll provide guidance on award interpretation, performance management, and compliance, draft contracts, and support clients with policy development and HR process

Qualificações

• IR/HR advisory experience in a consultancy or service-based role.
• Experience advising clients on award interpretation and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate HR/IR advice to clients on operational matters.
• Conduct compliance audits and interpretation of awards for clients.
• Manage client inquiries via Salesforce & Zendesk, ensuring timely, accurate responses.
• Draft and tailor HR contracts, policies, and guidance for client needs.
• Support clients with HR process improvements and policy development.
