Job summary

RecordPoint is seeking an experienced HR & IR Consultant for a fully remote, part-time role in Australia. You will advise on Award coverage, interpretation, performance, and disputes across multiple industries, with SCHADS expertise required.

You’ll tailor contracts, support clients with HR processes, and contribute to policy development while acting as an embedded HR Manager for key accounts. The position offers flexible hours (25–30 per week) with autonomy, and a focus on compliant, practical

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, ideally in consultancy or across multiple industries.
• Strong SCHADS Award experience (essential)
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
• Excellent communication skills and confidence advising clients on complex matters
• Strong attention to detail and practical, solutions-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, confident HR and IR advice across a broad range of matters for a diverse client base
• Draft and tailor employment contracts to suit industry, role, and compliance requirements
• Act as an embedded HR Manager for key clients and manage day-to-day HR queries
• Review and develop HR policies and procedures aligned with legislation and best practice
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment where required (not core focus)
