Job summary

Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP) seeks an Enterprise Platforms Lead to own and advance Workday, ITSM, and internal platform solutions. You will translate business needs into secure, integrated configurations and lead implementations from requirements through go‑live, with oversight of data migrations and third‑party partners.

You’ll work across Finance, People & Culture, and IT Operations to align system design with business rules, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of non-profit operations, ITSM tools, or certifications in Workday, ITIL, or Agile are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmaps, lifecycle planning, backlogs, and configuration standards for Workday, ITSM, and other internal tools aligned with GPAP’s Digital Transformation Strategy.
• Translate financial, payroll, and employee lifecycle requirements into optimised Workday configurations; design and improve ITSM service catalogue and workflows.
• Drive hands‑on execution for implementations, cutovers, data migrations, integrations, and ongoing platform releases with minimal disruption.
• Serve as the primary contact for Workday, ITSM and partners; define deliverables, budgets, and manage service levels and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with MarTech, Salesforce, and AI & Data Platforms Leads to define integration requirements and data mapping; ensure data privacy and governance.
• Build organisational capability by developing champions, self‑service resources, and targeted training to boost user confidence.
