Job summary

AGL Energy is seeking an experienced delivery leader to head the People & Payroll Systems team, delivering technology solutions across Workday, GlobalView and eTime. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance and Technology stakeholders to shape the roadmap and prioritise delivery to support business strategy.

You will lead a functional team across people, payroll and time and attendance systems, manage delivery roadmaps, resources, risks, budgets and vendor relationships, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Extensive technology delivery or project management experience across HCM, payroll or time and attendance systems.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll and HCM processes.
• Functional experience with Workday, SAP Payroll and Kronos, or similar platforms.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering complex solutions in a large, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a functional team across people, payroll and time and attendance systems.
• Manage the delivery roadmap, resources, risks, reporting, budgets and vendor relationships.
• Partner with business product owners to prioritise demand against capacity and capability.
• Provide technical leadership and help drive innovation and improved ways of working.
