Qualifikationen

• Extensive delivery or PM experience across HCM, payroll or time and attendance systems.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll and HCM processes.
• Experience with Workday, SAP Payroll and Kronos, or similar platforms.
• Leadership and stakeholder management in a large, matrixed organisation.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a functional team across people, payroll and time and attendance systems.
• Manage the delivery roadmap, resources, risks, reporting, budgets and vendor relationships.
• Partner with business product owners to prioritise demand against capacity and capability.
• Provide technical leadership and help drive innovation and improved ways of working.
