Job summary

The Living Company in Sydney is seeking a Business Systems Lead – Enterprise Applications to consolidate HR, payroll and workforce management onto a single Dayforce platform across Aveo, Scape and RTL Co. You will lead design, data migration, testing and training, while driving platform stability and an ambitious roadmap.

You’ll partner with HR and IT, manage vendors, own user access controls, and decommission legacy systems. 5+ years’ hands-on Dayforce or enterprise HRIS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring HR/payroll or workforce management platforms.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll processes and full project lifecycle.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on Dayforce or similar enterprise platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate HR, payroll and workforce management onto a single Dayforce platform.
• Lead data migration, testing, cutover and training across the project lifecycle.
• Decommission legacy payroll/workforce systems and drive platform stability.
• Own ongoing health, configuration, support and roadmap of Dayforce and related platforms.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to automate processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with Dayforce and technology vendors.
• Control user access and security across People platforms.
• Engage with HR, Payroll, Care and operational teams in enterprise tech discussions.
• Act as escalation for complex system issues.
