As the Enterprise Platforms Lead, you will provide hands‑on implementation leadership and ongoing platform ownership across GPAP’s internal business applications, with an immediate focus on Workday and IT service management (ITSM).

You will lead implementations from initial requirements analysis and solution design through testing, migration, go‑live, and ongoing support. Optimising standard platform functionality, low‑code configurations, and approved AI capabilities to simplify workflows across the organisation.
You will also partner with IT Operations, other Platform Leads and implementation partners to improve workflows, maintain data integrity and ensure solutions meet GPAP’s technology, security and governance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Our Data & Engineering team is a close‑knit crew of technology experts, scattered across the country but united in purpose. We embrace a hybrid work model, allowing autonomy with the ability to come together for key projects as needed. Down‑to‑earth and collaborative, the team is all about making things happen.
The Enterprise Platforms Lead position will work closely with colleagues across the organisation. The role ensures that internal platforms are strategically governed, effectively integrated and consistently used by internal teams.
You are a collaborative technical leader who bridges the gap between enterprise platforms and day‑to‑day business operations. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves for hands‑on Workday configuration just as much as you like partnering with Finance, P&C, and IT teams to map out long‑term tech strategy.
