XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an Enterprise Applications Lead to own the end-to-end management, governance, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of enterprise business applications across Finance, HR, Collaboration, and more.

You will partner with stakeholders and vendors, drive lifecycle management, oversee change and release governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead applications support teams to deliver value and improve user adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise application management experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise application portfolios.
• Experience managing SaaS and COTS business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architectural landscapes.
• Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams.
• Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs.
• Strong ITIL experience with preferred exposure in ServiceNow.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Applications Lead is accountable for the end-to-endmanagement, governance, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of aportfolio of enterprise business applications supporting Finance, HR,Collaboration,Quality,Aged Care Communityfunctions.

The role serves as the primary liaison between businessstakeholders, application vendors, managed service providers, and internaltechnology teams to ensure application stability, service excellence,regulatory compliance, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operational Governance

• Own end-to-end servicedelivery across the enterprise application portfolio.
• Ensure applicationavailability, performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Manage incident,service request, problem, change, and release processes aligned with ITILpractices.
• Lead major incidentresolution and business-critical application recoveries.

Application Lifecycle Management
