Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Support Lead to own the health, stability and continuous improvement of the Workday integration landscape in Australia. You will lead production support, drive incidents, oversee releases and partner with stakeholders to deliver a high-performing environment.

You will bring 7+ years of Workday integration experience, deep expertise across Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, APIs and secure integrations, and strong incident/change

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday integration experience with production support focus.
• Expertise across Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, APIs and reports.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, web services and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 support and drive incident/problem management across integrations.
• Ensure operational excellence and continuous optimization of Workday integrations.
• Manage enhancements, technical delivery, and release activities.
• Oversee governance, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including vendors and tech teams.
