Green Light Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to drive transformation programmes, mainly remote with a preference for Melbourne-based work. The 8-month assignment offers a day rate of $800–$900 (inc super).

Join a leading provider delivering large-scale change in ANZ/Asia, coordinating with C-suite and vendors to ensure adoption, governance and realisation of benefits across the programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management within large complex environments.
• Experience leading change in enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong background with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience managing change across multiple vendors and delivery partners.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change plans and governance frameworks across the transformation program.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Develop communications, engagement and adoption plans to support successful change outcomes.
• Partner with C-suite executives, business leaders and vendor teams to build sponsorship and alignment.
• Coordinate change activities across the company and vendor/program workstreams for consistency.
• Monitor change risks, adoption metrics and business readiness to support deployment and benefits realization.
• Prepare executive updates, governance artefacts and change reporting.
