Green Light Worldwide in Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Manager with transformation experience to join their team on an eight-month assignment. The role is mostly remote, ideally based in Melbourne, but you can be based anywhere in Australia.

You will develop change plans and governance frameworks, conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness activities, and partner with C‑suite executives and vendors to drive adoption and realization of benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Change Manager roles for large, complex environments.
• Experience leading change in large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Strong track record with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating change across multiple vendors and delivery partners.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and readiness.
• Strong influencing, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Telecommunications or large outsourcing program experience highly regarded.
• Prosci or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver change plans and governance frameworks across the transformation program.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness activities.
• Develop communications, engagement, and adoption plans to support successful outcomes.
• Partner with C-suite executives, business leaders, and vendor teams to build sponsorship and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate change activities across the company and vendor and program workstreams to ensure a consistent approach.
• Monitor change risks, adoption metrics, and business readiness to support successful deployment and benefits realisation.
• Prepare executive updates, governance artefacts, and change reporting.
