Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of change management experience in large organisations.
• End-to-end change management capability including impact assessments and benefits realization.
• Ability to manage multiple change initiatives with quality and momentum.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Coaching leaders to communicate and embed change effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication translating complex change into audience-specific messages.
• Proficiency with contemporary change and project management methodologies or certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end change management strategies aligned to priorities.
• Assess change impact across people, processes and ways of working.
• Partner with leaders and teams to build ownership and readiness for change.
• Coach leaders to communicate, champion and embed change in their teams.
• Identify learning needs and coordinate training, tools and resources.
• Monitor readiness, capacity and fatigue, addressing risks and barriers.
• Integrate change activities into broader project plans and governance.
• Measure progress and adoption, using insights to refine approaches.
