Job summary

Green Light Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Manager with transformation experience to join our team on an 8 month initial assignment. The role is mostly remote, ideally based in Melbourne, and offers a day-rate of $800–$900 (incl super).

You will develop change plans, governance, stakeholder analyses, communications, and readiness activities across the transformation program, coordinating with executives, vendors, and delivery partners to realise benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change plans, and governance frameworks across the transformation program.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness activities.
• Develop communications, engagement, and adoption plans to support successful change outcomes.
• Partner with C-suite executives, business leaders, and vendor teams to build sponsorship and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate change activities across the company and vendor and program workstreams to ensure a consistent approach.
• Monitor change risks, adoption metrics, and business readiness to support successful deployment and benefits realisation.
• Prepare executive updates, governance artefacts, and change reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in similar roles as a Change Manager for large complex environments
• Proven experience leading change management within large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong background working in complex corporate environments with senior executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing change across multiple vendors and delivery partners.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and organisational readiness.
• Strong influencing, facilitation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience in telecommunications or large outsourcing programs highly regarded.

• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification desirable.
