Organisational Change Manager

Canberra – Onsite Only

Are you an experienced Organisational Change Manager ready to drive meaningful transformation within a large-scale, complex technology environment?

We are seeking high-calibre Change Management professionals to lead end-to-end change strategies across major digital and technology initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide transformation programs that deliver real, measurable impact at scale.

This role is based onsite in Canberra. Remote arrangements will not be considered.

Candidates must hold a current Government security clearance (minimum Positive Vetting).

The Opportunity

You will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering change strategies across large ICT programs. Working alongside senior stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership, you will ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained benefits realisation across complex organisational environments.

This is not a BAU change role — this is transformational work within a high-profile, high-impact technology program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end change strategies across enterprise technology initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and business readiness assessments
• Develop and execute structured communications and engagement plans
• Integrate change activities into program and project delivery frameworks
• Identify organisational risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build executive alignment
• Support behavioural and cultural adoption to realise program benefits
• Coach leaders and teams through periods of significant change
• Work closely with training and capability teams to enable uplift

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Organisational Change Management
• Demonstrated success delivering change within complex, technology-driven environments
• Experience using structured methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent frameworks
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Strong written and verbal communication capability
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience embedding change activities within formal project delivery lifecycles
• Leadership capability and coaching experience

Mandatory Requirements

• Current Government security clearance (minimum Positive Vetting required)
• Must be Canberra-based and able to work fully onsite
• Australian Citizenship

Contract Details

• Initial 12-month engagement
• Extension options available
• Full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week)
• Immediate program impact with strategic visibility
