Job summary

Dome Shelter Supplies is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive outbound growth across mining, resources, construction and agriculture sectors. You will generate your own leads, do cold outreach and build relationships from scratch to create long-term value.

Work is remote with travel to expos and sites as needed. You’ll own your strategy, manage 3–12 month sales cycles, and report clearly on KPIs while training and support from the owner.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales and lead generation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key sector buyers.
• Strong self-management and KPI-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through cold outreach and attend expos.
• Identify major prospects and pursue wholesale, project and tender opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and provide transparent reporting of activities and outcomes.
• Travel to mining, construction and agriculture sites as required.
