Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience selling software or IT services.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms.
• Remote-first work experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new B2B clients across Fintech, Logistics, Retail, and Enterprise sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers who want to scale systems, automate workflows, or rescue stalled tech projects.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead gen to scoping workshops and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams to align client expectations with high-velocity delivery capabilities.
