BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth across Australia’s East Coast, focusing on NSW and Victoria.

This home-based role blends technical know-how with commercial influence, spending most of the time in front of end users and partners. You'll develop new business opportunities, nurture the existing pipeline, and guide customers from initial engagement to solution deployment, through reseller channels.

THE ROLE:

A really good growth opportunity has arisen for a Sales Engineer to take ownership of a territory spanning Australia's East Coast, with a particular focus on New South Wales and Victoria. Working from a home-based position and spending the majority of time in front of end users, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and converting an existing project pipeline following the sales process through reseller channels.

The role involves engaging with electrical contractors, utilities, rail operators, industrial organisations (such as board builders), consultants and wholesale distribution partners. You will support customers with technical solutions across electrical connections, cable management, tooling, identification systems and infrastructure applications, while also delivering product demonstrations, presentations and training.

LOCATION:

Home-based role covering Australia. Candidates located in NSW or Queensland are particularly well positioned.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience in engineering or technical field sales within sectors such as electrical, industrial, utilities, rail, power or related industries

* Strong commercial awareness and business development capability

* Able to engage with stakeholders ranging from branch managers and procurement teams to engineers and contractors

* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously

* Full driving licence required

THE PACKAGE:

* Up to $130,000 basic salary + Super

* Car allowance of around $18,000

* OTE $30,000

* Laptop, mobile phone and full business tools provided

* 24 days annual leave
