  • Work with sales, technical, service and operational teams to support effective customer delivery.
  • Address customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and account information.
  • Prepare regular sales, revenue and account-performance reports.
  • Coordinate and support regional team activities based on the final scope of the position.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Regional Manager to lead business growth, customer development and commercial activity across Australia. Based in Brisbane, this person will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and achieving assigned revenue targets. The position combines hands-on sales and business development with regional commercial leadership. The successful candidate will also contribute to business planning, forecasting, budget management, market analysis and the coordination of internal teams to ensure customers receive timely and effective service. This opportunity is suited to an experienced technical or industrial sales professional who can operate independently, develop new markets and maintain oversight of broader regional business performance.

What you must have:

  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales and performance reports.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal technical and operational teams.
  • Knowledge of the Australian business environment.
