The Local Electrician is seeking an After-Hours Service Coordinator to join our 24/7 service operations. This is a work-from-home role on a rotating roster with three office team members, and four weeks of in-office training before starting remote work.

You will handle calls, schedule bookings, dispatch technicians, and maintain strong relationships with staff while providing friendly customer service.

• Experience in a service coordination or scheduling role.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in trades or service industry.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with enquiries.
• Arrange and schedule service bookings.
• Dispatch jobs to technicians and coordinate urgent callouts.
• Communicate with technicians regarding job requirements and scheduling.
• Maintain positive working relationships with technicians and office staff.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
