Job summary

Staffing Options is seeking an On-call and Relief Coordinator for a part-time, largely remote role in Brisbane. The position requires out-of-hours on-call support by phone and regular office presence one day per week for training and team collaboration.

You will coordinate supports for individuals in the communities/disabilities sector, maintain discretion with sensitive information, and provide staff support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer literacy and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide out-of-hours on-call support by phone.
• Offer relief to coordinators in the office on a scheduled basis.
• Work from home with weekly in-office training and collaboration.
• Support staff, debrief when needed, and resolve after-hours issues efficiently.
