Outlook Australia is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disabilities to participate fully in community life. We seek an experienced After Hours Rostering Officer to maintain service continuity from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, handling urgent staff sickness, cancellations and roster gaps with competency in AlayaCare.

You will work remotely with occasional onsite onboarding and training, attending Monday handovers and midweek meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering or scheduling within home care or disability services.
• Ability to interpret information and make timely decisions while working remotely after hours.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for handovers and updates.

Responsabilités

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
• Update roster by contacting Support Staff and Clients using AlayaCare and recording changes.
• Check voicemail at 6:00 am and execute necessary roster updates.
• Apply SCHADS rostering requirements and escalate urgent risks.
• Maintain accurate records and complete the Monday handover.
