Outlook Australia is seeking an After-Hours Rostering Officer for a remote role with Friday-to-Monday on-call shifts. You will manage urgent staff sickness, participant cancellations and roster gaps using AlayaCare, ensuring continuity of essential supports.

On-call duties include morning handovers and remote coordination with NSW and VIC offices. You will work independently from home, handling escalations, maintaining records, and contributing to a collaborative team through structured

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering or scheduling for home care, disability, or aged care.
• Proven problem solving and sound judgement, especially for after-hours remote work.
• Clear, professional communication and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
• Update roster via AlayaCare and contact staff/clients to source information.
• Check 6:00 am voicemail and implement rostering changes.
• Apply SCHADS rostering rules and raise urgent risks.
• Maintain records and complete Monday handover.
