Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief for our Dubbo Branch. This permanent part-time role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 1:30pm. The relief position also supports Narromine, Wellington and Mudgee branches with travel required.

As the public face of CommBank in RBS, you will greet customers, understand their enquiry, and guide them to the right channel. You’ll build rapport, demonstrate our in-branch and digital banking options, and help ensure the branch

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
• Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
• The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
