Job summary

CommBank in Cairns is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief to be the friendly first point of contact for customers at the Cairns Branch. You will greet customers, understand their enquiries, and guide them to the best channel or service.

This full-time relief role is 38 hours per week with a roster that runs Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm; you’ll help customers explore in-branch and digital options and contribute to a smooth branch operation.
