In this Multi-Channel Branch role, you will assist customers with everyday banking, guide them through in-branch technology and digital options, and process applications for personal loans and credit cards. Training and development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries
• Build a personal connection with customers face to face and through direct channels
• Help customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and related products
• Capture customer feedback and take action to improve service
• Receive ongoing training and development to support career goals
