MMS in Sydney is seeking a Relationship Associate to manage a portfolio of employer partners, promoting salary packaging and novated leasing through education and engagement. You will build strong relationships, deliver sessions, identify growth opportunities and coordinate events.

Formación

• Ability to build trust quickly and present to groups.
• Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management.

• Current unrestricted clean driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture relationships with employer contacts and partners across sectors.
• Deliver engaging education sessions and presentations to employees.
• Identify opportunities to increase program participation and generate leads.
• Coordinate onsite marketing activities, events and campaigns.
• Develop networks to maximise access to employees through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to execute initiatives.
• Provide customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance and opportunities for engagement.
