Job summary

MedHealth is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team across Perth North and South. You will build strong employer partnerships and create sustainable employment opportunities for our clients, while living our values of integrity, compassion, determination and thriving together.

You will develop and manage relationships with local employers, identify leads, partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates, and provide post-placement support to drive long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management or advocacy for clients.
• Target-driven with motivation to exceed KPIs.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident building relationships with diverse employers.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
