MMS is seeking a Relationship Associate to support a Sydney portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to employer partners and driving participation in salary packaging and novated leasing programs. The role emphasizes engagement, education, and long-term partnerships to deliver tangible value.
You will work with Relationship Managers and internal teams to execute engagement strategies and manage a diverse client portfolio in a hybrid work setting.
Making a difference isn't just our purpose, it's what motivates our people every day. For us, work is not about ticking a box. It's about knowing that it matters. We make a meaningful difference every day by making it easier for our customers to focus on what matters in their lives.
In your Relationship Associate role, you will become a trusted advisor, influence customer outcomes, and play a key role in our Sydney team.
In your new role, you'll be the face of our business within a portfolio of key employer partners, helping to grow participation in our salary packaging and novated leasing programs through education, engagement and strategic relationship management.
This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by building long-term partnerships that deliver real value.
You’ll work closely with our Relationship Managers and internal teams to develop and execute engagement strategies across your portfolio. Every day will be different.
You're someone who knows how to build trust quickly. You're confident presenting to groups, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and love finding creative ways to engage customers.
Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, financial services or a similar relationship management environment will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in people who have built successful careers in customer engagement and account management within a service provider organisation.
