Inside Edge Novated Leasing in South Melbourne is seeking an experienced relationship and growth professional to build trusted employer partnerships across Australia. You will nurture existing portfolios, leverage warm handovers, and drive value through innovative employee benefits initiatives.

You'll work with Marketing, Digital, Sales and Operations teams to deliver engaging sessions, benefit days and customised engagement plans that lift awareness and participation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B/B2C relationship, business development, account management or sales role.
• Proven track record of growing client relationships and achieving targets.
• Ability to translate client needs into commercial outcomes.
• Confident presenting to audiences from one-on-one to larger events.
• Collaborative mindset across teams.
• Comfort using data to guide activity and decisions.
• Interest in technology and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with employer clients across Australia.
• Shape engagement strategies for your portfolio with Marketing, Digital, Sales and Operations teams.
• Develop tailored engagement plans to simplify Inside Edge benefits for clients and their employees.
• Use data to identify opportunities to raise awareness, engagement and growth.
• Lead information sessions, workshops and benefit days to drive participation.
• Partner with Marketing to extend reach and test new engagement approaches.
• Ensure consistent, collaborative interactions strengthen client relationships.
