MMS is seeking a Relationship Associate to support a Sydney portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to employer partners and driving participation in salary packaging and novated leasing programs. The role emphasizes engagement, education, and long-term partnerships to deliver tangible value.

You will work with Relationship Managers and internal teams to execute engagement strategies and manage a diverse client portfolio in a hybrid work setting.

Responsabilités

• Build and nurture relationships with key employer contacts and partners.
• Deliver engaging education sessions and presentations to employees.
• Identify opportunities to increase program participation and generate leads.
• Coordinate onsite marketing activities, sponsorships, events and awareness campaigns.
• Develop networks to maximise access to employees through digital and face-to-face channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Relationship teams and Business Development Managers on strategic initiatives.
• Champion the voice of customers by providing feedback to improve service delivery.
• Monitor, report and celebrate portfolio success while seeking continual improvements.
