Job summary

Paper Australia Pty Ltd. seeks a Regional Territory Manager for the Mildura region. The role focuses on growing sales and margins within an established customer base in the fresh produce sector, with autonomy and regular face-to-face customer engagement at the Mildura site.

You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts and contracts, and leverage CRM tools to drive share of wallet while showcasing energy, resilience and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Ideally solution selling experience with fresh produce or agricultural customers.
• Demonstrated account management experience with growth in share of wallet.
• Proven hunting and closing of new business and building relationships with new customers.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

We have a new opening within our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team in Victoria. Opal Fibre Packaging supplies a wide range of innovative corrugated packaging solutions to a broad range of market segments.

As a Regional Territory Manager you will manage an existing customer portfolio within the fresh produce (fruit and vegetables) business.

This is an autonomous role where much of your time would be spent face to face with customers, but when you’re office-based that location is at our Mildura site.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by driving sales growth in this territory through:

• Maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within your existing customer base
• Developing new business opportunities through increased share of wallet and developing new customer opportunities
• Managing allocated key customer accounts including contracts
