Job summary

Opal invites applications for a Regional Territory Manager in our Fibre Packaging division servicing Cairns. You will nurture existing customers and pursue new business opportunities with FMCG, fruit, dairy, and beverage clients, building durable partnerships.

In this customer-facing role you will generate leads, prioritise high-potential accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions, pricing, and service levels that meet client needs and Opal's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Ideally solution selling experience with fresh produce or agricultural customers.
• Demonstrated account management experience growing share of wallet with existing customers.
• Established track record of hunting and closing new business and building client relationships.
• Systems savvy; especially a CRM.
• Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and resilience; self-starter with strong results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing strategic individual accounts, building a strong rapport with a variety of stakeholders within the customer.
• Generate leads and analyse opportunities based on alignment of customer needs with Opal Fibre Packaging capabilities and strategy.
• Understand critical customer needs and develop value propositions (pricing, flexibility, service, product uniqueness).
• Work cross-functionally within the business and coordinate technical support, quotes, and samples to meet expectations.
