Job summary

Opal is seeking a Regional Territory Manager to drive sales across the Victoria region, focusing on fresh produce and agriculture accounts. This autonomous field role involves substantial face-to-face customer engagement, with the Mildura site as the primary office.

You will grow sales and gross margin within existing customers, develop new opportunities to increase share of wallet, and manage key accounts including contracts.

Qualifications

• Solution selling experience with fresh produce or agricultural customers.
• Demonstrated account management experience with growth in share of wallet.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business and building relationships.
• Systems savvy; familiarity with CRM systems.
• Energetic, resilient and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within your existing customer base.
• Developing new business opportunities through increased share of wallet and new customers.
• Managing allocated key customer accounts including contracts.
