Uber in Sydney is seeking an experienced operations analytics professional to bridge data insights with business impact. You will lead analytical products and drive operational excellence across global markets.

In this role, you’ll turn ambiguous problems into measurable actions, own projects from conception to delivery, and collaborate with product, legal, and policy teams. Strong SQL and Python/R skills are essential to influence decision-making at scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with SQL and data interpretation.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities to unlock value for internal stakeholders and millions of users.
• Collaborate across Product, Legal, S&P, Community Operations, and Policy to influence roadmaps with insights.
• Analyze data to understand business trends and assess impact of changes.
• Build and maintain operational analytical products to monitor metrics for diverse teams.
• Drive project delivery by managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify patterns and elevate issues affecting experience at scale and support operations.
