Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the APAC Direct marketplace reliability strategy and performance in Sydney.

You will set regional product strategy, lead launches, and partner with country teams to translate global products into in-market success. You will drive governance, oversee complex initiatives across Operations, Product and Finance, and build scalable playbooks to accelerate execution across APAC.

Formación

• Proven experience in strategy, operations or business management.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• High ownership, initiative and customer-delivery focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior, cross-functional teams.
• Solid commercial sense with understanding of trade-offs in marketplace contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Own APAC marketplace reliability strategy and performance for Uber Direct.
• Set and drive the regional Direct product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead launch and scale of new APAC products and capabilities.
• Partner with Local Marketplace teams to reflect Direct-specific requirements.
• Establish regional reliability governance using data-driven insights.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Operations, Product, Data Science, Finance.
• Drive continuous optimisation of the Direct marketplace for reliability and economics.
• Build and lead the APAC Direct Centre of Excellence with best practices.
• Act as senior regional SME for Uber Direct and represent APAC in forums.
