Job summary

Uber Australia in Sydney is seeking an Operations Associate to support Uber Eats' Ads and Offers, in a hybrid role (2 days in office, rising to 3 from Jan 2027), working 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, under a 12‑month contract.

You will collaborate with Operations Managers and Sales Representatives to optimize processes, analyze data, manage stakeholders, and implement MarTech initiatives, while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and accuracy. This role starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in operations, data analysis and stakeholder management.
• Background in corporate operations, strategy or tech companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities across Uber Eats' Ads and Offers products.
