Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of 8-12 insights analysts across multiple time zones.
• Architect scalable reporting and quality frameworks to improve visibility into performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to build governed data pipelines and analytics instrumentation.
• Translate analyses into compelling narratives for C-level leadership in client meetings.
• Drive the analytics roadmap with opportunities for model-in-the-loop labeling and automated insights.
• Lead Program Health and P&L reviews to improve operational efficiency and revenue cycles.
