Job summary

BizCover in Sydney is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to lead how data drives outcomes across the business. You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, partnering with executive leaders and core functions to turn insights into value and growth.

You'll work across Marketing, Customer Operations, Product, Digital and Tech, shaping scalable analytics, building visuals and automating recurring analyses, with a hybrid work model including 3 days in our Sydney CBD office.

Qualifications

• MBA or related bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years' analytics/strategy/consulting experience.
• Strong skills in financial modelling, market analysis and reporting.
• AI fluency—experimentation with agents/skills beyond chatbot use.
• Experience communicating data insights to senior management.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience with data viz tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Excel prowess.

Responsibilities

• Review key business metrics, financial performance, growth and operations data to identify improvement areas.
• Build financial and operational models to support investments and strategic decisions.
• Own end-to-end initiatives: scope, analyze, implement and prove benefits.
• Interpret data with analytics to derive actionable insights from trends.
• Manage relationships with business areas to handle analytical demand pipelines.
• Create visuals, workflows and data for informed decisions and scalable processes.
• Design high-value, scalable analytics and automate recurring analyses.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Product, Digital, Tech and the wider company.
• Support benefits tracking, post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
