Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a market segment, managing large budgets for growth and profitability.
• Design and lead core growth initiatives across funnel: awareness to loyalty.
• Navigate regulations and market nuances to implement global/regional programs locally.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with stakeholders, fleet owners, and merchants.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to translate strategy into customer experiences.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
