Job summary

Uber in Sydney, Australia seeks a Strategy & Operations Lead for Supply Growth. You will own the strategy, budget and partnerships to recruit delivery people onto Uber's platform, reporting to senior leadership in a high-impact role.

You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams, drive performance with bottom-line accountability, and scale partnerships to expand the delivery partner network across ANZ.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or similar fast-paced tech environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving and end-to-end execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments with a get-it-done attitude.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set the supply growth strategy for ANZ with measurable milestones.
• Lead and mentor the Delivery People team and Supply Pod.
• Own performance and budget with P&L style accountability.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships to unlock new supply pools.
• Drive top-of-funnel strategy and campaigns to attract delivery partners.
• Influence senior cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Product.
• Test unconventional approaches and build structured strategies from data.
