Hilti is seeking a Regional Segment Manager Mining to shape growth across the mining segment. You will develop and execute the segment strategy, identify opportunities, and drive sales and market development through strong stakeholder engagement.

You will partner with sales teams and engineering partners, translating market insights into actionable initiatives while navigating a regional matrix organization. Travel across the region and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining, mechanical, electrical, civil, or industrial engineering or related discipline.
• 5–12 years of relevant mining industry experience.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies in a B2B or project-driven environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management across different levels and functions.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region and internationally.
