Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking a seasoned Regional Segment Manager Mining to shape and accelerate growth across the mining segment. You will develop and execute the segment strategy, identify market opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders while enabling sales teams to deliver sustainable results.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep mining industry understanding, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in mining or related engineering discipline.
• 5–12 years of relevant mining industry experience in growth roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional mining segment strategy.
• Evaluate market potential, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Drive sales, business development, and market development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with mining customers, engineering partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Guide sales teams with strategic direction and business planning.
• Translate market insights into actionable initiatives.
• Coach teams and set roadmaps to enable capability development.
• Maintain data on customers, projects, and segment performance.
