Job summary

Metso is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the management of a major account in the Pilbara region. You will drive profitable growth by building strong relationships with site stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver value and meet sales targets.

You will leverage your extensive sales experience and CRM skills to identify opportunities, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while traveling up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct selling or service to Pilbara region (or similar remote mining areas).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong CRM and data management skills with Salesforce or similar.
• Intermediate understanding of business finance including budgets and margins.

Responsibilities

• Deliver profitable growth from allocated sites and manage key account relationships at all levels.
• Build relationships with site stakeholders and share insights with organization.
• Identify investment/capex opportunities and relay customer requirements to capex sales.
• Plan and have visibility to the activities of Metso functions.
• Coordinate resources and channels for customer-facing activities.
• Understand customer business and communicate Metso added value.
• Drive site sales with cross-organizational account teams and budget plans.
• Maintain installed base data, performance, and shutdown schedules.
• Lead customer satisfaction surveys and drive continuous improvement.
• Support Accounts Receivable and manage collections.
• Be an active member of the Market Area Key Account team.
